Jim Abbott, Motivational Keynote Speaker

Up to 90 minute appearance or keynote: $10,000

Plus first class expenses from Southern California :  flight, meals, tips, and travel to and from the airport. These may be estimated and mutually agreed upon travel fee.  Please put two nights at the hotel on the concierge level on your master account.  

INCLUDED WITH THE KEYNOTE OR APPEARANCE:

ü      Jim will do phone press interviews your group arranges.

ü      If your event is open to the public, we will promote it on his website and in his on-line discussion group.

ü      As time allows, Jim is happy to sign autographs, pose for photos and sign any memorabilia your attendees bring to him at your event.  When possible, Jim tries to come 20 minutes before and stay for at least 20 minutes after. He does this informal, unscheduled, unannounced time with your group at no additional charge.  

SAME DAY, ADD-ON EVENTS

AN ADD-ON is something that is scheduled and announced to your group outside of the 90 minute appearance or keynote. In other words, something for which you expect Jim’s commitment to attend. The following fees assume the add-ons are held on the same day as the main appearance.

Up to 2 hour meet and greet                       $5,000

Playing golf with attendees                         $5,000

School, press events, or other visit             $5,000

 

Or, Full Day Fee:                                      $20,000  

You will pay a deposit to confirm the date.  Two weeks prior to the presentation the balance of the fee, plus an agreed upon estimate of the travel cost is due

PRE-SIGNED MEMORABILIA

If you need pre-signed memorabilia, before the event, Jim will sign up to 10 items supplied by your group.  He will normally sign these in his hotel room upon arriving at your site.   If you would like more than 10 pre-signed memorabilia items, there is an additional fee of at least $5 per item.  This is to be paid as a separate check to a charity of Jim’s choice, normally the Boys and Girls Club of Flint, Michigan, a registered non-profit group.

Misc.

Jim will bring a 3 minute film - VHS or DVD - of THE JIM ABBOTT story.  This is to be used as his introduction.  We suggest you lower lights, show the film, and as it ends, have your announcer say, “Ladies and Gentlemen, Jim Abbott.” Jim will be there as the lights go up.  SEE THIS VIDEO AT HIS WEBS ITE www.jimabbott.info/video.html
